Nature's Gifts, a local CBD-specialized wellness shop in Avon, Connecticut, began as a father and son start-up, introducing their handmade Warner's Best CBD product line. Initially, they marketed their custom CBD blends at local and national CBD festivals, utilizing B2C marketing strategies. In 2020, they expanded their business by opening Nature's Gifts, where they not only sold their product line but also curated other high-quality CBD brands.
The challenge of this campaign was to promote CBD products while adhering to FCC advertising guidelines, which restrict direct claims about wellness benefits. To overcome this challenge, we devised a creative concept that visually communicated an active lifestyle, indirectly alluding to the wellness benefits associated with CBD. This approach allowed us to effectively showcase the positive effects of CBD while remaining within the advertising guidelines.
